Photography biography - is displayed as your judging experence
I've been a serious enthusiast for about seven years now although I believe I've been very visually oriented my whole life but not in a professional capacity. I belong to Wynnum Bayside Camera Club and a couple of Facebook photography groups. I've done a great deal of self-teaching through reflection, self-analysis and You-tube. Looking at others' photographs and listening to judges' comments has also been a big part of my learning. I am crazy about all styles and subjects of photography - it would be hard to choose one favourite! I have won an award for Monochrome at a Queensland regional show; it was also chosen as Champion Image for the competition.
